Ella is a junior studying Environmental Sciences & Policy with a minor in Earth & Climate Sciences. She has broad interests in environmental health and the effects of climate change on human health.
Originally, she entered Duke hoping to pursue environmental policy & law due to the consequences of climate change she had observed in my home state of Iowa. While at Duke, she has had the opportunity to explore topics in statistics, neuroscience, and chemistry, and is hoping to combine these interests in environmental research & work, including completing Graduation with Distinction.
